Hellenic Law Firm is an independent Greek law firm located at 12 Athanasiou Diakou Street, Athens 11742, Greece. We provide legal services to international clients in connection with Greek property, Golden Visa applications, citizenship by descent, inheritance and related private client matters.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure how visitors interact with this website. GA4 collects usage and technical data, such as pages visited, session duration, scroll depth and outbound link clicks. We configure analytics so that names, email addresses, phone numbers, message content, passport data, bank data, property addresses and client matter details are not sent to GA4.
We use Google Tag Manager (GTM) to deploy and manage analytics tags on this website. GTM does not itself collect any personal data.
Analytics and tracking are only activated after you have given your consent through our cookie consent banner. You may withdraw consent at any time by revisiting the banner.
When you submit a guide request form on this website, we collect your full name, email address, country of residence, matter type, preferred contact method and any optional information you choose to provide about your matter. This data is used to send you the requested guide and to follow up on your enquiry.
A server-side delivery log records the type of guide requested and a timestamp to confirm delivery. The log does not contain passport data, bank data, property addresses or document names.
When you submit a contact or Legal Risk Check request form, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, country, and a description of your matter. This data is used to respond to your enquiry. It is not sold, used for advertising, or sent to analytics tools. It may be processed by service providers used to operate the website and communications, subject to applicable data-protection obligations.
Names, email addresses, phone numbers, message content, passport data, bank account numbers, property addresses entered by users, uploaded document names and client matter details are not sent to any analytics or tracking tool.
The Secure Client Portal (/portal/) and all private client matter pages are excluded from all analytics and tracking tools. No session data, page views or events from the portal are sent to GA4 or any other analytics service.
This website uses cookies to measure usage (with your consent) and to store your cookie preferences. A full list of cookies will be made available through our cookie declaration, managed by our consent tool. You can change your preferences at any time through the cookie banner.
Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Enquiry and guide request data is retained for as long as necessary to handle your matter and comply with applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at [email protected], subject to legal, professional, regulatory or record-keeping obligations that may require retention.
Under GDPR and applicable Greek data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to data portability where applicable.
